Knitting - River

Status: On Hold

I was pretty sure I wouldn't be the least bit interested in"the summer of lace", since I rarely ever wear it, but I'm apparently just a big 'ol copycat.

Updated: Or maybe I should have just ignored this particular impulse. This is currently at the bottom of the WIP basket becasue it's boring me to tears. It's a shame really, because I love the yarn to distraction, but can't bring myself to rip it out and admit defeat.

Knitting - The Simple Shrug

I have been unable to make my grand plan of using 'pin up girl' fabrics for the circles in this work yet. I have some more research - and maybe practice piecing - to do before going back to it.

After all, there ARE 7 pounds of this stuff up in my workroom...

Currently spinning freshly carded fleece on the Paradis, trying to master the long draw on a big production wheel.

I've dyed up some additional locks and need to get them all carded up, sorted and color-coordinated before I can ACTUALLY spin anymore of these.
