And I shall call her...

Yup, it's feast or famine around here folks.  One week I blather on daily and the next I disappear completely. 

In the past week there's been *some fun and there's been a very sick kitty (Bourbon, but she's all better now) and there's been some work and last but not least, there's been a new addition to the family of wheels here at Chez Obsession.  Yup, by pure coincidence, I have joined the crowd and gotten an Ashford Traveler.  She arrived last weekend, and I do have photos of her, but really, you can just go here to see what she looks like because they are absolutely identical.  She has decreed that her name is Kali and she is just as fussy as you would expect from the goddess of the cycle of creation, destruction and transformation.  Luckily, I happen to love beautiful, sassy, "difficult" women. 

There has also been a little bit of knitting, mostly on a pair of tiny socks for my nephew.  Man -- and I thought regular socks were fun.  Kid socks are even better because they're done almost before you've even had a chance to tell anyone you're knitting them.
