Cafe du Monde! I've been there only twice, and at about three in the morning both times.

uwa, CDM~. We used it for the cold brew in our resto, serving it shaken with condensed milk, skim milk, and ice to make cold coffee. One brick would make just enough to last three shifts in the summer (or perhaps a whole six the rest of the year).
